And I already know this is one of Arucard's favorite DTR songs; I think I even saw him say so on another thread. 8)

The lyrics are pretty eerie when you think about it, from a Taiji biographical perspective, considering that they deal with homeless guys who are between life and death...

Yeah, I've said so... I just love the whole groovy feeeling troughout this track... Pretty cool bass lines on this one...

Pretty weird lyrics on this one... Can't think of any explanations for it right now... But I think that the whole feeling of the lyrics just doesn't match the song... I mean, it's a happy groovy track, but the lyrics sound really eerie, as Hollywood said...

I think the contrast between the lyrics and the chosen music style is somehow creepy. The song sounds much more positive than it really is. Yeah... funky.
Somehow the lyrics remind me of Elvis Presley's In The Ghetto.

And out of the chaos I heard a voice telling me:
"Smile and be happy - it could have become worse!"
So I smiled and was happy... and it became worse

Yeah, for sure the lyrics don't match the music; I too was pretty surprised when I read them the first time.  I had thought it would be about, I don't know... doing your own thing. 8)

Reminds me of some of hide's stuff in that way.
