No-one said give up. Just dont risk ruining your life. You still have phone/email/webcams and loads of other ways of staying in touch. Its not like you'll NEVER see her ever again, its only a few months apart.

Are you meaning with new technologies you can have a kiss and a baby by sending an email? O_o

Just kidding.

It's not a big thing, but why the hell don't they sell merchandise hoodies in size S ?... That's discrimination of small people !

Wanted to buy Pina Colada at the supermarket but there were about three bottles left and they stood on the very to shelf, so naturally, the dwarf I am, I couldn't reach them  :(  So I bought a Pina Colada milk drink instead...

I'll join it there. I have to modify all the trousers I buy - they are OK at the waist but terribly long!

Don't be. I already got over it and now I can say I even enjoy it to some extent.

Please, suh, if you were so kind, see, I cannot reach the upper shelf...  *insert mad eyelash-batting*

Well, and if he's so scared he runs away, there comes my tall wife to help me.  :D

It depends, sometimes I ask, but the older I get, the more unconfortable I feel asking, it feels like I'm a little kid all over again  :( (and I bet, my sister, who is 13 years younger than me, will soon be about one head taller than me, woopedoo)

Yeah, I'm in as well!

Haha, XXLs...it's like walking around in a tent.

An other thing that pisses me off: I have a lot of nightmares lately...when I wake up I'm happy it's over and when I fall asleep again after some time the same f***ing nightmare continues. Why doesn't the nice dreams continue?

And last but not least: I hate tuition fees. I have to raise a credit and I'll have to repay till I'm an oly woman unless I become rich and famous one day  :?

When I was in USA and tried a size S with some random American brand, it almost went down to my knees. I know I'm short but 170cm isn't unusual. Over here in Japan it's way different clothing-wise though :P

On-topic.. A lot of Japanese people are racist. I've seen a few examples just on this short visit. Today when I came out of a building, I was searching for a cab. I noticed one was parked right in front of me just waiting for passengers, I walked to it and made signs for him to open the car door. He stared at me for a few seconds and then just drove away and left the taxi stand. I was.. speechless.

He might have been scared he would have to speak English. I have such experience, that I was even denied access to some pubs (and one shop), but when I showed my surprise in polite Japanese, I was always let in...

You didn't see his face! Why would he assume me being retarded? I can explain where to go, and of course I had a card from the hotel (in Japanese).

I'm pissed off because in my new job, the boss has taken 2 weeks off which is fine.. but the stupid fucking new girl who started when I did decided to quit without giving any notice.. so now there's only 3 of us to run the shop so i'm working like a slave

Wednesday 12 - 10
Thursday 10 - 10
Friday I have to get up at 8am and go take care of my little brother until 12 then go to work from 12.30 - 10
Saturday 12 - 10
Sunday 12 - 6

plus I already worked 4 hours yesterday and i'm doing 4 today. 56 hours all together this week between the 2 jobs  :(
