I do however think he is still an above average musician and can be extremely diverse and creative.  I think his style and ideas will add a lot to the music even if he's not in the same class.  I'm more excited to see at what amazing things they'll all be able to produce together, rather than what each individual one does.

Agreed.

Aye. He may not have the knowledge the others have, but boy he has talent.

Yeah I agree.  Miyavi's kind of overdone his look recently.  But as long as he keeps playing good music I don't mind how he looks.

A: Yes, because the pile of bodies would break my fall.

I think Yoshiki and Sugizo really look like brothers

Why do I have to be so good, when I'm lying next to you

Haha~ MYV looks like a freak. XP He really does look out of place with them. Maybe the Yoshiki and Sugizo of 15-20 years ago, but next to them now? It just looks odd. But I think their styles will mesh once they've been practicing together for a while.

I am so excited for this! And I just found out one of my friends from school has already signed up for Anime Expo and didn't even know who SKIN was. And she calls herself a J-rock fan! But she's going to be a volunteer there, so supposedly.... she might have special chances for contact.... I AM SO JEALOUS ;___; And she doesn't deserve it, she didn't even know who Yoshiki and Sugizo were, she only cared about Gackt and MYV.

Okay ranting over.  :)

Lady, lady are you ready to go?
Why do you have to be laying down?

I hope not (if you mean style=clothes). Everyone should wear the stuff they're most comfortable with, (enforced) uniformity sucks.  :P

However, thanks for the pics, myuu  :)

Oh, not necessarily uniformity - just a better mixture than ONE little guitarist sticking out like a sore thumb. :P

I mean, most bands have some sort of outfit agreement when they perform, so maybe Miyavi's input will move them a little more into the visually interesting realm whilst the other two may calm his over-exuberant style into something a bit more bearable for the human eye. (On the pictures from Myuu - which are EXCELLENT by the way, thank you very much! - one can hardly decide WHAT aspect of his outfit to look at, it's all so wacky you can't comprehend it in a single glance. XD)

So that's what I meant by that.

I don't think he'll stand out THAT much, especially with Sugizo on his side

Yeah many bands have it, but to be honest I'm bored with it (e.g. all those indie bands look exactly the same, wtf?).
But the best thing is, you don't even have to see him when you're listening to a cd (let's hope there will be many of those)

I dont care what he looks like as long as he plays well. His acoustic playing is excellent. I prefer his acoustic stuff over his heavy stuff

I would be very interested in to see official guitar tabs of "Are You Ready To Rock?!"

Love the pics! :P Thanks for sharing!

Miyavi put the S.K.I.N. PV on his myspace, if anyone hasn't noticed yet :P Just thought I'd get it out there.

And I'm curious, because I don't want to assume... is the music on that PV played by them? If so, WOOH! I am so excited! XD

I read a funny comment on youtube why Gackt wasn't there.

"Gackt didn't show because he didn't want to be seen next to Miyavi"

as in check out what Miyavi was wearing

Well, he's prissy enough to really do that.

Pony rocks!

That theory lacks logic, standing next to MYV would have made Gackt look even better  :P
