I'm gonna be honest, this sounds terrible.
Based on his recent interviews in English I imagine it going something like this:
"Erm.... Um...... Ah.... Erm... Hrere is a songu thrat was veryu.... erm... inspirational... and.... erh.... yeah.... inspirational... to me withu X Japan and so on... *Plays music*
I know many people who attend events on Facebook even if they can't, just to help the effort or advertise the event. There is always a chance that if X Japan decides to come to Budapest at one point, some of those people will find out that it's at a bad time for them, they might not have the money that they might have now, etc.
where did you get that those 630 peoples will go if they would have money?..O.ohmm..I think you're not right!! absolutely..O.o where are you from??? (sorry if I asked rude ^^)I'm from Northern-Eastern Europe, Estonia.
we created even facebook event to see how many of us on FACEBOOK ONLY! want to go on concert 100%..on HUNGARY..we thought it's best place for east europe they could come, as in Hungary already many japanese artists were having concerts in Budapest as MIYAVI, D'espairsRay, Girugamesh, KOKIA, Dir en Grey, Versailles, MUCC etc.....we for 4 days reached 630 people who will definitely go and 180 people who will maybe go if they really would come.. and still 1200 waiting for answer..
http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=144844398917917
and many MORE of them who don't have facebook..
Well the event shows that those 630 people would come if a) they had the money at the moment, b) if the time would fit (they wouldn't have to work/do an exam on that day and c) if there wasn't a better concert at the time etc. Yes, there might be some more people who don't have Facebook, but still. I would guess X Japan could sell about 600-700 tickets in that area, maybe 1000 with good promotion. But since it's further away from the rest of the shows it might not be cost-efficient enough.
haahah xD I will do that maybe..O.o...xPaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it's soo FREAKING FARAWAY from me...x((( and EXPENSIVE tooo tooo much T.T....they didn't add EAST EUROPE dates....what's with us x(
nyahhh you're lucky hope you'll enjoy the show!!
jealous of you **...**
sorry to hear that, but I felt the same last year when they were playing Lollopalooza and touring North America, and I never ever expected them to play here in Berlin, so don´t give up the hope, maybe they will play East Europa in the future...
if you can´t wait, try a bank raid, but don´t tell that you got it from me
hmm..I think you're not right!! absolutely..O.o where are you from??? (sorry if I asked rude ^^)aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it's soo FREAKING FARAWAY from me...x((( and EXPENSIVE tooo tooo much T.T....they didn't add EAST EUROPE dates....what's with us x(Simple, not enough fans in this area. From my country I only know of two others, who are both going to the London concert. I will be going to London and Paris. It won't be that cheap, but it's mostly because I can't spare much time. Nowadays there are cheap airline tickets and cheap hostels and CouchSurfing and other possibilities...
There's no production cohesion to anything X Japan are doing, from what the most recent released audio suggests (in the background to the European Tour video) Yoshiki hasn't even recorded drums for Born to be Free yet - yet they're already booking more tour dates.
To be honest, I think the more new material the better. The 50% old songs, 50% new songs idea was stupid, especially given that only the vocals of the old songs were being re-recorded. There's like no production cohesion there what-so-ever, imagine Dahlia, which was basically a 1993 - 1996 singles compilation, but instead spread over 20 years. Normally when you release an album the songs fit together, they've been recorded around the same time, mixed by the same engineers, the drums sound the same, the album has a distinct feel to it - just like Blue Blood and Jealousy, and now imagine an album with a song recorded in 2011 next to a song recorded in 1988 with 2011 vocals slapped over it - it's just going to look half assed and sound terrible.
