Title: Heath Lollapalooza "incident"
Post by: Teemeah on May 20, 2017, 11:21:21 AM
Ok, so this might sound weird but I'm just curious. The Tvtropes article on Heath mentions some kind of "infamous" incident at Lollapalooza but I just cannot find anything on it. Does anyone know what happened and is there footage or something?  :) Did he fall or something? Just curious. Thanks in advance :)

I was pretty tuned into the band in 2010 and all I recall happening was Wolfmother was giving an interview somewhere not far behind the stage where X Japan was playing and one of the members got startled and jumped in his chair a bit when Kurenai kicked off after that guitar intro where it always has that "pop" Yoshiki drumming very hard and fast and guitars coming in quickly. I can't find the video so maybe it's lost on YouTube or somewhere else; thought it was pretty funny though cause they're like these really spaced-out, stoners from Australia.

I like Wolfmother very much. I mean the original. The guys they've done the first Album. Never listened to new stuff

:D That must have been fun to watch :D But I doubt this is what they meant by the incident. It was specifically something to do with Heath. Sometimes I also get startled when my phone rings (and others also tend to jump) because my ringtone is the Jade intro now :D

I've been watching several video clips from that show but there's nothing out of place about Heath on stage... He just played his bass like he usually does. I still wonder what the rumor was about
