In case this is true, congratulations to all fans in Brazil...
I'd personally wait for an announcement from the band itself though.

Toshi with T-EARTH just announced that they will perform for the first time in South America in Chile and Brazil in October.
Right now the date for the Brazil concert is unconfirmed; however, the performance in Santiago, Chile will be part of Anime Festival on October 11 at 4:30pm at Teatro Caupolican. The lineup for the concerts will be Toshi, Jun, Ruca, Touya and Levin
The prices for the Chilean gig are 28,000CLP (~55USD) for the tribune seats, 42,000CLP (~82USD) for the Golden 'Court' seats (600 available) and 78,000CLP (~152USD) for the VIP 'Red Carpet' seats (150 available). Owners of the VIP ticket will also be able to attend a VIP zone where Toshi will offer a private conference. The tickets for the Chilean gig go on sale on 12th September. The tickets will be available from the Jinchuu Store of the Eurocenter and Feria Ticket (http://www.feriaticket.cl/).

I thought this forum software had the option of merging (or whatever is the word) topics... Also (PN-style) PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING FALSE INFORMATION since the concert is not part of an Anime Festival, this festival is in December.
-
It can still be in affliction with the festival.
And I didn't think this stuff up, so don't blame me... And I had already forgotten the old thread anyway, so yeah, my bad.

What happened to "board members are solely responsible for the content of their post" (Rule #2)?
If your information has turned out to be incorrect, why not correct it? If you "forgot" about the old thread, why not merge these two threads now that you've "remembered"?
-
Did it. Now I don't get what all the fuzz is about. The sources say it's part of the Anime fest so I wrote that. Nothing shows that it's not in any affliction with the fest so until the sources fix it or anything, I'm not fixing anything myself.

Which sources say that? Oh yes, JRR, but they're wrong and they're delivering false information. Now let me quote PN: "NOW ONCE AGAIN, CAN PLEOPLE PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING TRANSLATIONS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN CHECKED BY A COMPETENT SPEAKER! DON'T USE ONLINE TRANSLATORS!!"
If you go to the official FAQ, you see this:
5.- ¿Es un evento de Animé Festival, es un cosplay donde toca Toshi?
Toshi tocará en un CONCIERTO, esto no es un evento de animé, no es un cosplay, ni tampoco tiene que ver con los eventos "Animé Festival Deluxe (27 de Sept)" o "Animé Festival XL (12, 13 y 14 de Diciembre)".
It says, that this is a CONCERT, not anything related with any Anime Festival. You believed more JRR than the official management itself...
-
Oh yeah, how could I have missed that! No wait, I don't speak Spanish.
-
Then you should have done what this rule says:
"2. When posting translations or rumors, please include the source (translator) and a disclaimer to remind others that there may be mistakes or other inaccuracies. Also post a link/reference to the original source (magazine/website/etc), if possible. Please note that we consider everything not confirmed by an official site to be a rumor."

Amen.
Thanks for merging the threads though, Hypno.

Here a picture of T-Earth checking in, shortly before leaving to South America:

And this time T-Earth will consist of the members of Charlotte

The two South America dates are (so far I know)
11.10.2008 Teatro Caupolican Santiago, CHILE
12.10.2008 HSBC Brazil Sao Paulo, BRAZIL

Toshi is already in Brazil. This morning, in ~8h GMT -3, he arrived.

cool, where you got it?
-
it's from toshi blog, it's so funny to see him in front of an elections banner xDDD
-
ICE CREAM!
-
oh, yes.
it's cool see toshi in the front of a banner in your language, in your country, with FarMais and Kibon ice cream in the left XD
amazing sensation.
-
Kibon? that's an ugly name XD I preffer the original one, frigo
-
here it's not strange because:
original phrase -> Que bom! (So good!)
"que" turn into "ki" (equal sonority) and "bom" turn into "bon" (same sonority), join both words and... Kibon \o/, that means So Good!
brazilian creativity is amazing XD
omg, insane off-topic XD
